Breeding attributes:

Santo is the most balanced dog we ever had the privilege of owning.
He is the perfect example of a well bred dog that did well in the show
ring as well as in SchH sport. To cap it all, he is an incredible
protection dog that will defend his owner with serious intent. His
toughness and hardness is in total contrast to his absolute perfect
demeanour with puppies and children.

His highest placing in the National Show was V12; which he
achieved at the relatively advance age of 8.4 years old. This
under-scored his other major attribute - his obvious longevity. At
over nine, he looks and acts like a dog of five.

In SchH sport the highest points he achieved was an incredible 294
out of 300. He also qualified to compete in the German Bundes
Sieger Trials in German. He never competed, however, because we
bought him and brought him to South Africa.

The dog is absolutely the correct size (65cm), but is still powerful
and substantial. He has a strong powerful head, is extremely well
pigmented. His puppies are all showing these highly desirable traits
and he is suitable for all bitches.
